PS3 Price Cut
In pre-E3 news, Sony is “cutting the price” of the PS3, making the 60GB version $499 starting Tuesday. Given that the 20GB model used to be $499 before it was discontinued (full disclosure: I own a 20GB model and love it), I don’t see this as much of a deep discount that will change the dynamics of the market. Call me a skeptic, but I don’t see this as changing the equation for the video console wars.
